MyProtein Hyrox The Electro Electrolyte Sachets are convenient, single-serve hydration support for HYROX athletes and anyone training at high intensity. Formulated with key electrolytes typically lost through sweat, they are designed to help maintain fluid balance and support normal muscle function when your sessions get tough.

Ideal before, during or after workouts, each sachet mixes easily with water to create a refreshing, light-tasting drink you can take to the gym, track or race day. Directions

Mix the contents of 1 sachet with water (amount as stated on the product label, typically around 400–500 ml). Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Consume before, during or after training as needed, without exceeding the daily serving recommendations provided on the packaging.
