This product features Beta-Alanine which is a key researched ingredient that can enhance the muscle- and strength-building process by supporting carnosine levels, produced in the body. This helps to reduce lactic acid buildup which can decrease fatigue for better muscle performance during intense training.
Shatter also contains Betaine is a compound found naturally in the body and in beets and spinach. This formula delivers the scientifically studied 2.5g – an amount that was shown to help gain significantly more muscle. The added dose of pure L-citrulline, an amino acid that has been scientifically shown to convert into L-arginine in the body. L-arginine can then be converted into nitric oxide. What’s more, the formula delivers CitraPeak™ and scientifically researched NO3-T® red spinach extract, to further support the increase of nitric oxide levels.

Directions
To assess your tolerance, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) with 170 ml of water for up to 3 days. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 350 ml of water, 30-45 minutes before your workout.
Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period.
