Directions
Assess your tolerance first. On day 1–2, take 1 capsule once daily. On day 3–4, take 2 capsules once daily. From day 5 onwards, take 2 capsules twice daily, at least 4–6 hours apart. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Take each serving 30–60 minutes before your two largest meals of the day. Use for 60 days maximum, followed by at least a 7-day break. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Use with an appropriate diet and exercise program.
Contains a high dose of caffeine and other stimulants; not suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants.
