Directions
Use in adults. The recommended daily dose is one capsule (502 mg) once a day, with an increased need for Vitamin C two capsules (1004 mg) once a day.
The capsule should be swallowed whole before or after a meal, drinking half a glass of water. It can be taken on an empty stomach, this is ensured by the acid-free form. The capsule should not be crushed or chewed.
