LYL Krill Oil Superba Boost offers four EU-approved benefits for heart, brain, eye, and liver health.
The omega-3 fatty acids and choline (vitamin B4) included in the composition:
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily);
- DHA helps maintain normal brain function;
- DHA helps maintain normal vision (beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 250 mg of DHA daily);
- Choline helps maintain normal liver function (by consuming at least 82.5 mg or 2 capsules daily);
- Choline helps maintain normal lipid and homocysteine metabolism (by consuming at least 82.5 mg or 2 capsules daily).
Thanks to the patented Flexitech technology, the product has a neutralized smell and taste.
Directions
The recommended daily dose for children from the age of 3 (if they can swallow a capsule) is one capsule once a day, for adults one to two capsules once a day after meals or as directed by a doctor.
The capsule should be swallowed whole, with half a glass of water.
