Omega-3 fatty acids are usually obtained from the meat and adipose tissue of various fish. Omega-3 acids lower bad cholesterol (LDL) levels, thereby raising good (HDL) levels. ICONFIT Omega 3-6-9 capsules are additionally enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Omega-6 is a family of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are involved in the production of many hormones, help improve the functioning of the central nervous system, support immunity, reduce inflammatory processes and help prevent allergic processes.
Omega-9 fatty acids reduce total and bad (LDL) cholesterol without lowering good (HDL). May help in prevention of atherosclerosis, heart attacks and strokes.
Directions
