Chaga is hand-picked from clean Estonian forests. Chaga grows in birch forests and has superb antioxidant properties that strengthen your immune system. Naturally, Chaga is found mostly in Eastern Europe and Russian forests but sometimes also in North-America. It grows as a black hard sponge mushroom on birch trees.
Chaga contains a variety of B vitamins, flavonoids, phenols, minerals and enzymes. Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2 helps with the normal functioning of the nervous system. Directions
Add 0,5-1 teaspoons of chaga powder to hot water, tea or coffee. For best results, drink this herbal tea every day 2-3 cups per day.
Please do not exceed recommended dosage of 1-3 teaspoons per day.
