SuperPump MAX also supplies BCAAs, which has been shown to promote increased muscular growth when taken pre- and post-workout. Directions
Take 1-3 scoops with 240-720 ml of cold water or juice (240 ml of fluid per scoop) 30-40 minutes prior to training. First time users should take 1 scoop for the first 2 or 3 workouts to allow the body to properly assimilate to the products high dosage of nutrients. SuperPump Max should be used on training days only.
