The Forpro Triple Zero Spaghetti Classic contains konjac flour, an ingredient that has been used in East Asian cuisines for centuries. Due to its strong moisture retention capacity, konjac flour can absorb moisture up to three times its weight, which means it is very low in calories.

Directions
No cooking required. Just drain the water in the package and rinse the product with cold water 2 or 3 times. You can either heat it in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes, put it into the microwave oven for one minute, or heat it up in a wok. Eat it with your favorite dish, as a wok dish or serve it with a soup or salad.
Forpro CarbControl pastas come in a package filled with water. After opening the package rinse the product under a tap for 15-20 seconds.
