Flowgrade MCT Oil is a high-quality MCT oil with an excellent ratio of caprylic acid and capric acid. The consumption of medium-chain fatty acids has been proven to stimulate metabolism and brain power, protect against age-related memory loss, eliminate unhealthy yeast fungi in the body, reduce fat deposits and support healthy cholesterol levels.
Use Flowgrade MCT oil as an additive for your coffee, shake or green smoothie. MCT can also be added to salads as regular cooking oil. However, avoid excessive heating above 120 degrees Celsius due to the risk of decomposition.
Directions
Start with 1 tsp/day and increase up to 3 tbsp/day after several days.
Overdosing can cause stomach pain and diarrhoea.
