Directions
If your body mass is lower than 133 kg, mix 5,6 g of powder (~ 3/4 scoop) with 250 ml of water. If your body mass is higher than 133 kg, mix 1,2 g of powder (~1,5 scoop) with 500 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before workout.
