After subjecting your muscles to intense exercise, you need to nourish them with the right nutrients to fuel their growth, repair and recovery. Xtreme 3R is a post-workout support formula designed for repair, recovery and rebuilding of muscle tissue.

Finally, it provides Endurance Complex, which enhances blood flow and delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles to speed up muscle recovery and fight muscle fatigue.
Directions
Mix 2 scoops with 500 ml of water, and take one serving prior to, during, and after exercise. On non-training days, you just need to consume 1 to 2 servings after your meal.
