ENRG Shred is a pre-workout supplement designed to raise energy levels, promote focus during exercise and boost metabolism.
To raise energy levels and improve focus, the supplement contains caffeine and other powerful ingredients. Caffeine enables increased workout intensity by delaying fatigue and expanding muscle energy. Choline bitartrate supports muscle activity and mental speed. L-Tyrosine supports focus and enhances mood during training.
Fat burning matrix contains CLA and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate that supports metabolism and usage of stored fat for energy during exercise. It also contains Capsimax from cayenne fruit that supports thermogenesis.
ENRG Shred also provides strength and endurance support from beta-alanine, agmatine sulphate and betaine that promotes muscle pumps, delays muscular fatigue and enhances strength, power and endurance.
Directions
Take 1 scoop with 236 ml of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of sleep.
