This product uses a blend of two types of whey. Both of them are obtained through specific filtration process that makes the protein powder very easily digestible and high in many bioactive protein fractions.
Designer Whey Protein by ESN combines cross-flow microfiltrated whey protein isolate and ultrafiltrated whey protein concentrate. The filtration methods don't require high production temperature and thus prevent the denaturation of sensitive protein fractions by excessive heat. This ensures that users of this whey get a product with a very rapid release rate, high biological value and a protein high in branched chain amino acids. Besides, the powder is very low in sugar and thus contains less that 120 kcal per serving when mixed with water.
Directions
Add 30 grams of powder to 300 ml of water or low-fat milk and mix thoroughly.
