Casein is a unique protein derived from milk that breaks down more slowly in the digestive system which increases satiety and provides a slower release of muscle-building amino acids. This delayed digestion is desirable during periods when your body can go for an extended period without food.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 300-320 ml of water, milk or other liquid. Use Dymatize Elite Casein Protein first thing in the morning, and immediately before bed, in place of or in addition to small meals, and/or any other time when delayed protein absorption is desired.
