Directions
To assess your individual tolerance, mix 1/2 scoop of Green MAGnitude with 90-120 ml of water and consume it before or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. When tolerance is assessed, mix 1 scoop of Green MAGnitude with 180-240 ml of water for a sweet/tart taste or 360-600 ml of water for a more mild taste. Consume the entire shake pre-workout of half pre-workout and half post-workout. Take 1 serving on off days. Shake well before drinking.
