This branched chain amino acids supplement is a great and convenient alternative of Mutant BCAA 9.7 powder also containing additional ingredients such as electrolyte blend and black pepper extract for greater absorption.
Mutant BCAA caps deliver 8 grams of leucine, isoleucine and valine per serving in the preferred 2:1:1 ratio, which means that leucine is twice as much as isoleucine or valine. It is proven that leucine has the most important role in protein synthesis. However, the most effect is reached when all of the branched chain amino acids work together. In addition, the absorption agent will ensure that all of the aminos are entering the blood stream and delivered to your muscles while electrolytes will help hydrate your body.
Directions
As a food supplement, take 4 capsules with 250 - 500ml of cold water. Consume before or during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days.
