L-Carnitine Ampoules contain 1000 mg of L-carnitine per portion and are ready to drink. The human body is able to make L-carnitine naturally of the amino acids lysine and methionine but to ensure optimal levels of L-carnitine it has to be obtained also through diet. L-carnitine is an important factor in the fat metabolism because it transports long-chained fatty acids into the mitochondria where they are burned for energy. Therefore, it not only helps lose weight, but also supports endurance and helps improve athletic performance.
Added to the formula is vitamin B6, which also supports energy metabolism. It’s significant to protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters.
Directions
Take daily one L-Carnitine Ampoule 20 minutes before the training and directly after getting up on days without training.
