4Energy gels are a new generation of energy gels for cyclists, triathletes and runners. If you are a runner, you probably fear gels because of digestive issues they may cause. And that’s because most of them contain artificial sweeteners and glucose syrup, are based on a single type of carbohydrate and leave a sweet aftertaste in your mouth.
The 4Energy gel is based on a less sweet, complex CHO maltodextrin. It gets its distinct flavour from fructose and freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice. It contains electrolytes in the form of salt.
Directions
For best results ingest one 4Energy gel every 20 minutes.
