Directions
People up to 75 kg should take 2 capsules with a sufficient amount of water with a meal, preferably with breakfast or lunch.
People over 75 kg should take 3 capsules with a sufficient amount of water with a meal, preferably with breakfast or lunch.
If you are slimmer or weigh less than 50 kg - 1 capsule daily with meals.
Use the product for a maximum of 2 months, then take a break for at least 3 weeks.
The product contains adaptogens that may react with antidepressants, bipolar disorder medications, antipsychotics, and similar psychiatric medications. In this case, we do not recommend taking the product!
