REGO Cherry Juice aids muscle recovery by reducing onset muscle soreness, reduces joint inflammation and pain, and even improves the quality of sleep by increasing melatonin levels.

The REGO Cherry Juice is naturally rich in anthocyanins, flavonoids and melatonin because recovery is key to maintaining optimal performance. Anthocyanins are a specific class of flavonoid shown to reduce oxidative stress; flavonoids are plant compounds that have both antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties; melatonin is a compound that regulates sleep and wakefulness.

Use twice daily. One 30ml sachet in the morning and one in the evening to promote recovery. One can also be consumed immediately after exercise. Dilute one 30ml sachet in 250-350ml of water or mix it in a shake or smoothie.
