Rudy's Brewing Co. is an independent kombucha brewery in Kuldīga, founded by a couple and a dog named Rudy in 2019.
Rudy's Kombucha is a naturally fermented drink with less than 15 calories per 100ml. The experience with the fermentation process and careful approach to recipe development has helped to create superior quality product with rich and bold flavors distinct from anything else on the market today.
In the preparation of kombucha, only organic ingredients are used, which do not contain flavorings and flavor enhancers. Since it is unpasteurized and does not contain preservatives, it has a lot of vitamins and probiotics packed into aluminum cans, protecting kombucha from light and oxygen, providing a longer shelf life, and preserving nature.
