Prime Whey is a whey protein powder for active people who want to support their muscles after training or add complete protein to their daily diet. It fits strength training, fitness, cross-training and endurance sports.
Whey concentrate and whey isolate provide 21–23 g protein per 30 g serving, depending on flavour, with no added sugar. The blend supplies all essential amino acids, including naturally occurring BCAAs. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Mix 2 scoops (approximately 30 g) daily into 500 ml of water or skimmed milk. Take in the morning, after training or as a snack. You can also add it to smoothies, pancakes, yogurt or porridge.
