Mix 1 serving (follow the scoop size indicated on the product label) with 200–250 ml of cold water or your preferred beverage. Shake well for 20–30 seconds until fully dissolved. Consume 1–3 times per day, or as required to meet your daily protein needs, ideally around training or between meals.
