Add 50 g (approx. 3 measuring spoons) to 125 ml water or low fat milk and mix it until it resembles conventional pancake batter. Leave batter to rest for approximately two minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the batter to the pan. Cook the pancakes on medium heat.
