BioTechUSA Fiber Mix contains well-known fiber-sources, such as psyllium husk or glucomannan, also known as konjac extract. Ingredients containing glucomannan are widely used in low-calorie diets, for example to thicken soups, but they are often mixed into a yoghurt or porridge, too. As part of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight-loss and the maintenance of normal cholesterol level.

You can consume it on its own, mix it with water, add it to your favorite smoothie, use it as a basic ingredient in cakes or thicken a soup with it. If you mix it with a probiotic yoghurt, you can give your body prebiotics and probiotics at the same time.

Пользование

Mix 1 serving (5 g = 1 measuring spoon up to the top marking = 2 teaspoons) of powder with min. 200 ml of water in a shaker. Consume 3 servings a day before your meals with a great amount of water.
