Critical Whey is a unique blend of whey proteins, including whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and hydrolyzed proteins. It includes essential amino acids and is made from high-quality ingredients. It is great for post-workout recovery.

It also contains glutamine to help with recovery and support your body after training. Critical Whey is gluten-free and made from grass-fed sources.
