Contains Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. Zinc and Magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and have a role in the process of cell division. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function.
Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis and acid-base metabolism, normal carbohydrate and macronutrient metabolism, normal cognitive function, normal fertility and reproduction, the maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and vision, to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
