RTS Fiber is a soluble and insoluble hulled barley fiber (Hordeum vulgare) complex with added black cumin.

It reduces cholesterol deposits in the blood vessels. Put 14 g (3 teaspoons) of powder into a glass, pour in warm water, stir and drink. Use once a day in the morning on an empty stomach, 30-40 minutes before eating. Suitable for children from 3 years of age.
