Curcumin Pro provides a highly concentrated turmeric extract with the active ingredient curcumin. Curcumin is a natural antioxidant that can efficiently scavenge free radicals and protect tissues from oxidative stress.
Turmeric is a ginger-like plant native to Southeast Asia which contains the natural compound curcumin. Curcumin has been extensively examined in scientific studies for its health benefits and has been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.
In order to optimize the bioavailability and absorption of curcumin, the formula has also been enhanced with piperine. Curcumin Pro also contains choline that supports normal liver function and contributes to a healthy fat metabolism.
