Large dose (375mg) of fast absorbent liquid form of magnesium enriched with vitamin B6. Athletes usually use this product as first aid during urgent lack of magnesium. Deficiency of magnesium can cause muscle cramps, tiredness and fatigue or headache.
Intense physical activity, unbalanced diet or high levels of stress can lower the level of magnesium in the body. Together with vitamin B6, magnesium reduces and prevents tiredness and fatigue, as well as helps maintain electrolyte balance, promotes normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports normal nerve system functioning. Magnesium is also necessary for normal muscle protein synthesis and healthy muscle function.

Pour the content of monodose into mouth or dilute in water. Shake before use.Once opened, use within 24 hours.
When preparing for prolonged physical exercise, start taking supplement before bedtime 2 – 3 days before the expected load. During long-term or demanding physical activity take a dose when the first signs of cramps appear. Maximum daily dose is 1 monodose.
