Arginine & Ornithine combines two complementary amino acids in one convenient supplement.
Both of these amino acids are involved in urea metabolism and excretion, as well as in DNA synthesis and protein production. Arginine is an important precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and thus it plays a role in the dilation of blood vessels which may support cardiovascular health. It also enhances blood flow, which in turn can improve measures of athletic performance such as speed, strength, and power. Ornitine can be converted into arginine, as well as other amino acids, such as citrulline, proline and glutamic acid.
Both of these amino acids are popular with athletes and other active individuals.
