The Unit Drink Buffer is a sports drink mix designed for high-intensity training. It combines carbs with sodium bicarbonate to support energy and reduce muscle fatigue. Each serving has a 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio and 5 g of baking soda.
The added sodium bicarbonate helps manage acid build-up in muscles, which can support better performance during short, hard efforts. It may also help you recover faster after intense sessions.
The powder mixes easily with water and is simple to use before or during workouts and races.
