Nrgy Unit Gel is designed to provide optimal fueling during intense exercise based on the latest research in the field of sports nutrition. Each gel contains 45 grams of carbohydrates.

The Nduranz Carbohydrate Ratio (1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin and fructose) allows you to maximize energy availability and ingest 90 grams or more of carbohydrates (360 calories) per hour without causing digestive issues.

The Nduranz Electrolyte Mix provides optimal hydration by replacing only what we actually lose in our sweat. This way we preserve the delicate balance of electrolytes in our blood and avoid digestive issues.

The Nduranz Carbohydrate Ratio uses both energy transporters, which takes away the pressure off of your digestive system when ingesting high quantities of carbohydrates during intense exercise.
