THE Electro HYROX is designed to help support hydration and performance during demanding workouts and endurance training. Its formula provides over 1000mg of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, and magnesium, to help replace minerals lost through sweat and maintain fluid balance.
The blend includes 650mg of sodium to support hydration during high-intensity exercise, along with 300mg of potassium to help maintain normal muscle function. Magnesium is also included to support electrolyte balance and recovery after tough sessions.
With added D-ribose, coconut water powder, and vitamins and minerals, this formula helps keep you hydrated and performing at your best during long training sessions, endurance workouts, and HYROX-style events.
