Flaxseed Oil is high in healthy fats and especially popular with vegetarians and vegans for its Omega-3 content. It can be cooked at a low temperature and is suitable for sautéing and roasting. It contains 9g of Omega-3 per 15ml serving and is high in polyunsaturates and very low in saturates. This cold pressed oil is free from cholesterol, carbohydrates, trans fats and sodium.
