Aminolast is a recovery drink with amino acids, BCAAs, and electrolytes that help muscles recover after training. It supports faster repair and reduces tiredness after exercise.
Each serving gives 10 g of amino acids, including leucine peptides, taurine, and a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs. It also contains minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and sodium, which support hydration and optimal performance.
You can mix it with water and take it before, during, or after workouts.
