SiS Beta Fuel has been developed to deliver the maximum amount of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose whilst limiting gastrointestinal distress. Each packet is designed to make 500 ml of pH-neutral isotonic drink that supplies 80 grams of carbohydrates.
This formula is a breakthrough in endurance nutrition, because added fructose enables the body to absorb 90g of carbohydrates per hour, which is 50% more than the 60g per hour achievable with glucose alone. The unique isotonic formula means that high levels of carbohydrate can be absorbed with minimal risk of gastrointestinal issues.
This product is ideal for endurance exercise lasting over 2.5 hours and where refueling is necessary.
Directions
Mix 1 sachet (84 g) with 500 ml of water. Sip during endurance exercise to meet fueling requirements.
