This product combines branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and vitamin B6 in a convenient liquid form. The fluid enables the fastest possible delivery of amino acids to your muscles before or after workout.
One 40 ml portion contains more than 3 grams of branched chain amino acids and almost full 100% of recommended daily value of vitamin B6. Branched chain amino acids are absorbed rapidly into muscle tissue enhancing recovery after training and increasing protein synthesis, which means increased muscle growth. Consumed directly before workout, BCAAs enhance endurance and prevent muscle protein breakdown supporting lean body mass. Whereas vitamin B6 aids in the conversion of food into energy, maintains healthy brain and immune system function.
Directions
For muscle mass protection, consume 40 ml 30-60 minutes before exercise. To accelerate regeneration, drink 40 ml immediately after the performance.
