Casein protein is one of the two main types of protein found in milk, the other being whey protein. Unlike whey protein, which is rapidly digested and absorbed by the body, casein protein is slowly broken down over a period of several hours. Directions
Add 1 large scoop (30g) to water or milk and drink it 30 minutes before going to bed or any other time of the day, to get the protein you need.
