L-Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that it can be synthesized by the human body to cover its needs. However, in case of poor nutrition or heavy physical exertion, this amino acid should be additionally consumed from the diet or via supplements.
L-Arginine promotes the production of nitric oxide in the body. By doing this it helps to relax blood vessels so that they widen and allow more blood to flow through. Improved blood flow supports the transport of oxygen and nutrients to the working muscles during exercise, thus, enhancing endurance and improving performance. L-Arginine is also necessary to create creatine in the body which raises muscle energy and improves high-intensity exercise performance.
Directions
Take 1 serving of 25 ml (see measuring cup) daily before training. Do not drink Arginine Liquid straight from the bottle.
