BioTechUSA's Night product contains active ingredients like L-tryptophan amino acid, herbal and fruit extracts, which contribute to melatonin production. Melatonin is a natural hormone regulating sleep, produced by the pineal gland, located on the border of the diencephalon and the midbrain. It causes sleepiness during the hours after sunset. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. The vast majority of adults need 6 to 9 hours’ sleep a day. Both too little and too much sleep can cause tiredness during the day.
Directions
Take 2 capsules with a large glass of water 1 hour before going to bed.
