RTS Fiber is a soluble and insoluble hulled barley fiber (Hordeum vulgare) complex with a herbal mix of marigold flowers, liquorice root, common lady’s mantle leaves, nettle leaves, chamomile flowers and common knotgrass leaves.

Barley is naturally rich in beta-glucan that may increase the immunity and defensive mechanisms of the body.
The added herbal blend is carefully selected to support women's health. It supports the functioning of the reproductive system and helps maintain the health of the urinary system. It also helps the body cope with mental and psychical stress.
Directions
Put 5 g (1 teaspoon) of powder into a glass, add warm water, stir and drink.
Treatment cycle lasts 3 months. For the first three weeks, take 5 g twice a day. Afterwards, take 5 g once a day.
