Sugar Zero is a calorie-free vegan sugar substitute containing sweetener erythritol. It corresponds to about 70% of the sweetness of sugar but without any calories, therefore, it is a perfect choice if you are cutting down on sugar, if you have diabetes and/or if you are following a low-carb diet for weight loss.
Erythritol has no additional taste – it is just as sweet as sugar. Moreover, erythritol does not change its taste at high temperatures, so it can be safely used for baking.
