Krill are tiny aquatic animals that live in large swarms in the purest waters of the world in Antarctica. Krill oil contains marine phospholipids, omega-3 fatty acids and the antioxidant astaxanthin. Besides, this product is also enriched with fat-soluble vitamin D3.
Omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are indispensable for the appropriate function of almost all our organs. Krill oil contains these fatty acids in the form of marine phospholipids that makes the oil easily recognised and absorbed. In addition, Krill oil contains natural antioxidant astaxanthin, which the krill get by feeding on red algae. The product is enriched with fat-soluble vitamin D3. This vitamin supports healthy bones and teeth, and helps improve resistance against certain diseases.
Directions
Take 1–2 capsules a day, or as recommended by your physician.
