Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Curcumin C3 contains extremely stable and highly bioavailable form of curcumin.
Curcumin has powerful antioxidant effects. It neutralizes free radicals on its own, and then stimulates the body's own antioxidant enzymes, providing the highest protection from oxidative damage. This supplement helps support cardiovascular and liver health through its antioxidant properties. Curcumin also can inhibit many molecules known to play major roles in inflammation. Whereas piperine, another key ingredient in Curcumin C3, greatly enhances curcumin uptake and has additional health-restoring effects that play a strong role in supporting increased physicality.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule two times daily, with or without food.
